Riomaggiore at Night

A Ligurian village stacked on the cliff at dusk, every window lit, its warm ochres and terracottas answered by a sea painted in a dozen blues. Boats lie scattered on the water and the lights of the town break into gold across the swell below it. An agave leans in from the right in bright green and holds the near corner of the picture.
